Shipping Policy for Tempsor Watches

Thank you for choosing Tempsor Watches. We are committed to delivering your timepiece safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping across Pakistan. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Major cities include: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders within Pakistan.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Verification Call: For high-value watch orders, our team may call you to confirm the order before dispatching. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track your parcel via our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, or Trax).

5. Damages & Issues

Tempsor Watches is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged:

  1. Do not accept the parcel from the courier if the packaging is clearly tampered with.

  2. Take a photo of the damaged item/packaging.

  3. Contact us immediately at tempsorwatches@gmail.com so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

6. Non-Availability at Delivery

Our courier partners will usually make two attempts to deliver your parcel. If you are not available, the parcel will be returned to us. To re-ship the order, additional shipping charges may apply.
